Atlin Courthouse Gallery
Atlin, BC, is home of the Atlin Courthouse Gallery. Drawing from a pool of talented local artists, the collection offers paintings, carvings, quilts, photography, jewellery, mosaics, woodworking, and pottery.
In the fall of 2006 a group of Atlin’s artists came together and the Atlin Courthouse Gallery was born. Housed within the historical and fully operational Courthouse Building [est. 1900] the Courthouse Gallery is viewed not only as a venue for fine art but also an opportunity to tour an important historical landmark.
Through camera lens, paint palettes and use of unique local materials the beauty and influence of the north has been captured and showcased for your enjoyment.
Open from May until September, the Courthouse Gallery is run as a cooperative. You will be able to personally meet these award winning and highly acclaimed artists as you tour this unique display.
